Discovery Management Group is seeking a caring Care Giver to provide hands-on support to residents, maintaining a safe, home-like environment and promoting dignity and comfort.

You will assist with activities of daily living, keep rooms and common areas clean, and encourage independence while safeguarding physical safety.

Preferred CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, and prior experience with seniors. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Participating and assisting residents with activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
