Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to enrich the lives of seniors with hands-on care in a supportive environment. You will provide personal care, companionship, and assist with daily activities to promote safety and comfort for residents.

Applicants should have CNA certification preferred (HS diploma or GED required), be at least 18, and bring strong communication and a compassionate, resident-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred and HS diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication with residents and team members required.
• Compassionate, resident‑focused approach with good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance.
• Perform hands-on care and emotional support for residents.
• Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and work areas.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in activities.
• Notify supervisor or health care coordinator if care needs increase.
