Job summary

Discovery Senior Living in the United States is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to support residents with daily living activities in a safe home-like setting.

You will work closely with the care team, provide hands-on assistance, and promote resident independence. CNA preferred; HS diploma required; 18+; experience with seniors valued; strong communication and customer service skills encouraged.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential
• Ability to multitask and exercise good judgment

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities
