Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver (CNA) in Trinity, FL to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a home-like setting.

You will assist with daily activities, maintain safety, and promote residents’ independence while collaborating with the care team. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and growth opportunities within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designated group of residents during shift; ensures awareness of whereabouts and conducts frequent checks.
• Provide daily personal care support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and eating assistance.
• Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly.
• Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity, safety, and overall well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas.
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to residents.
• Engage residents in meaningful life skills activities and enrichment programs.
• Notify supervisor and/or health care coordinator if a resident has increased care needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
