Discovery Senior Living seeks dedicated Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, ensuring a safe, home-like environment. Roles include monitoring residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence with dignity.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated group of residents during shift, checking on residents throughout shift.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and security system alerts.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident rooms.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding and monitor appetite.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas and promote hygiene.
