Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate CNAs and Home Health Aides to provide warm, engaging personal care, support and companionship to residents in our Holmdel community. You’ll assist with ADLs and help maintain residents’ day-to-day well-being with a caring, respectful approach.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/HHA/CHHA medication aide certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' needs and update care plans with the Nurse.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
