Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide warm personal care and companionship to residents in New Jersey. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor changes, and support residents in community programs.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, take pride in helping others, and hold a high school diploma. Certification in CNA/HHA/CHHA is a plus and may enhance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus (Medication Aide)

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' needs and update care plan with Nurse.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.
