Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate care professionals to provide warm, engaging personal care, support and companionship to residents in our New Jersey communities.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes, and coordinate with the nursing team to update Resident Care Plans, while encouraging participation in community programs.

A positive attitude and a high school diploma are required; a CNA/HHA/CHHA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
