Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate care staff in New Jersey to provide warm personal care, companionship, and support with daily living activities for our residents. You will work with the nursing team to monitor changes and update care plans, while encouraging participation in community programs.

Qualifications

You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA (Medication Aide Certified) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship to residents.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs and coordinate with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
