Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Holmdel, New Jersey is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide warm, engaging personal care, support and companionship to residents, and to assist them with activities of daily living.

You will monitor changes in residents’ day-to-day needs and collaborate with the nurse to update each resident’s personal care plan; encourage participation in community programs; and you’ll be eligible for comprehensive benefits and competitive salaries.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A current state certification as CNA/HHA/CHHA - Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
