IVY PARK AT SALINAS is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. The Care Provider assists residents with daily living activities, supports independence, and upholds compassionate, five-star service across the campus.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, prompt response to needs, safety, and collaboration with staff. A high school diploma or GED is required, and training is provided. Benefits and a team-oriented culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Criminal background check and health screening, including TB test; vaccines may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and departments.
