Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP plans and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence; engage residents daily.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders; participate in memory care activities.
