TerraBella Senior Living is hiring Care Givers to join our community. This role provides hands-on care and emotional support in a home-like setting for residents across assisted living, memory care, and respite services.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean resident spaces, supporting daily living activities, promoting safety and independence, and engaging residents in enriching activities. Opportunities for growth exist within a large senior living organization.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication with residents and staff.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident rooms and work areas cleanliness.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Promote independence, dignity and safety.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
