Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• PCA, CNA, or caregiver training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with meal preparation, feeding and hydration as needed.
• Help residents maintain personal hygiene and comfort.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Foster companionship and positive relationships with residents; encourage participation in activities.
• Ensure living areas are clean, organized, and safe; follow infection control protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergencies following established procedures.
