• Personal Care Assistance: help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility; assist with eating and nutrition; support personal hygiene.
• Health Monitoring: measure vital signs, observe changes, and report to nursing staff; assist with medication reminders under supervision.
• Resident Engagement: build meaningful relationships and encourage participation in activities for social and mental well-being.
• Safety & Compliance: maintain clean, safe environment; follow infection control and safety procedures; respond to emergencies.
