The Carlotta, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group in California, seeks a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and promote independence. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment across multiple states.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, prompt response to resident needs, and maintaining safety while collaborating with staff. Training is provided; 18+ with HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• For health and safety of our team members and residents, vaccination and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes of condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
