Reflections Retirement Community in Huntley, IL is seeking a compassionate caregiver for the 3rd shift, offering $17.00-$19.00 hourly. This full-time role focuses on dignified daily living and meaningful resident interactions.

You will guide residents through activities of daily living, connect with residents and families, participate in ongoing training, and maintain strict confidentiality while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provides compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living.
• Connects with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Performs any other duties as assigned
