Job summary

Paycom is hiring a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for part-time 2nd shift in Huntley, IL. The role delivers individualized care per the resident care plan, assists with Activities of Daily Living, and reports health changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and families in a compassionate, dignified manner, participate in ongoing education, and ensure privacy of resident information while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy rules for resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
