Job summary

Paycom is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) for Huntley, IL 60142 on the 3rd shift. You will provide individualized care per resident plans and assist with ADLs, maintaining dignity and compassion.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, connect with residents and families, and participate in ongoing training. This role emphasizes confidentiality, professional growth, and balance with personal life, with benefits including health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate and dignified care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance at educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
