Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, and hygiene.
• Serve and assist residents in dining rooms at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Promote a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents in understandable language.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing to supervisors.
• Support training and mentoring of new employees.
