Job summary

Fields of Florence in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene, while promoting independence.

You will serve meals, maintain a clean, safe environment, observe changes in residents' health, and participate in leisure activities per the activity calendar; HIPAA compliant and a team player.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions, write care notes.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and staff with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Serve meals in dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; report changes to supervisor.
• Engage residents in leisure activities per the activity calendar.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff; HIPAA compliant.
