Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Care Provider for Oakmont of Mariner Point, a premier senior living community in California. The role offers part-time shifts and compensation between $18.00 and $19.50 per hour.

The Care Provider delivers personal assistance to residents, supporting independence and quality of life through compassionate, individualized care aligned with the company's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB, etc.).
• Vaccination/PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living per their care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly while respecting residents’ dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Notify supervisor of any observed/suspected changes in resident condition.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
