Inspired Living is hiring for its Lakewood Ranch senior living community in Bradenton, FL. Join our Care Partners to provide compassionate daily living support and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You will assist with activities of daily living, observe changes in residents, document accurately, and work with a team to ensure safety, dignity, and a welcoming dining experience. We value teamwork and a culture of caring for older adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living per resident's plan.
• Get to know residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!
