Job summary

Inspired Living at Sun City Center in Florida is hiring Care Partners to provide compassionate, respectful assistance with daily living according to each resident's service plan.

You will get to know residents, maintain documentation, work with clinical leaders and families, and help create a warm dining experience while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Word and Excel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
