Job summary

Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH is seeking a part-time Care Partner to support residents with daily activities and companionship. You will demonstrate empathy, provide attentive care, and help maintain a positive living environment within a community-focused senior living setting.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, promoting safety, and engaging residents in activities while upholding our care standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Active job requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with ADLs and after falls.
• Criminal background clearance required.
