Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, and residents.
