Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) in Radford, VA. The role involves assisting residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, following care plans, documenting services, and promoting dignity and quality of life for seniors.

Shifts include 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates and welcome candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and team-focused.

Qualifications

• Direct-Care, PCA, or CNA certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to fulfill both physical and emotional needs of residents.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Upholds resident confidentiality.
• Proficient with basic office equipment and computers.

Responsabilités

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and follow care plans.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Make routine rounds per individualized care plans.
• Assist with lifts, moves, and transport using safe methods.
• Document daily care activities per policy and regulatory standards.
• Report resident issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Interact respectfully with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
