Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities in a community setting. You will follow supervisor guidelines, provide emotional support, and document care provided.

The role requires at least one year in senior care, good English communication, and possibly a CNA/CHHA license depending on state regulations. DailyPay and comprehensive benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in senior care required.
• Proficient English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities (medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.).
• Follow resident needs schedule set by supervisor.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily logs of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
