Job summary

QSL Management in Flowood, MS is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Flowood to support residents with companionship and daily living tasks on a full-time schedule 7am-3pm, including every other weekend. You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining support, and engagement activities while reporting changes in health and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate person able to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CNA certification preferred (not required unless state req).
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Report changes in residents' health and complete daily data sheets.
• Assist with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with dining and activities to keep residents engaged.
