Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of state‑approved PCA, CNA, or caregiver training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal care or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor health, report changes to nursing staff, assist with medication reminders.
• Foster companionship and encourage participation in community activities.
• Maintain safe, clean living areas and follow infection control protocols.
