Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1 year in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.
• Training: PCA/CNA or caregiver program preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support with meal prep, feeding, and hydration.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff; monitor health and medications reminders.
