Job summary

The Blake at Carnes Crossroads is seeking a compassionate Personal Assistant to support residents in daily living activities, companionship and engagement. You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility as part of a warm, resident-focused team.

Candidates should be flexible for weekends/holidays and bring a caring attitude. CNA is preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid are a plus, and prior experience with older adults is valued.

Qualifications

• Caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CNA certification preferred but not required unless state requirement.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents with daily living activities and companionship.
• Reports changes in health/status and records progress.
• Assists with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed.
• Keeps residents engaged and happy.
