Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Carnes Crossroads to support residents in an assisted living setting. You will provide companionship, help with daily living activities, and assist with memory and wellness programs.

Expect light housekeeping, dignity-driven care, and flexible shifts including weekends/holidays. CNA is preferred but not required, with a focus on compassionate service to older adults.

Qualifications

• Caring for older adults with patience and compassion.
• Willingness to serve others.
• Flexible to shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support with daily living activities for residents.
• Report changes in health/status and complete daily data sheets.
• Assist with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Assist with dining as needed by leadership.
• Organize engaging activities to keep residents happy.
