Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking caregivers to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily activities and support. You will help with ADLs, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and companionship while maintaining residents' dignity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include documenting logs, following supervisor schedules, and communicating concerns. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional, kind and helpful.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask safely and efficiently.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to solve practical problems under stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication reminders.
• Follow the resident care schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect independence and dignity of residents and confidentiality.
