Hayesville House is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents with daily living activities in a safe, nurturing environment. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and hydration, while monitoring health and ensuring comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved PCA/CNA or caregiver training program preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to nursing staff; assist with medication reminders.
• Engage residents in activities and social events to promote well-being.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection control and safety protocols.
