Job summary

Royal Atrium Inn in Zeeland, MI, part of Providence Life Services, seeks a Resident Aide for a full-time morning shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). No prior healthcare experience is required; training will be provided.

Pay scale is $16.05–$19.35 per hour, based on relevant experience, with eligibility for permanent employment. You will work with residents to assist with dressing, bathing, toileting, walking, transfers, medication reminders, bed-making, call lights, and documentation, ensuring dignity,

Qualifications

• No prior healthcare experience is required.
• Training will be provided for the position.
• Must pass physical, drug screen, 50-pound lift test and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, walking and transferring.
• Remind residents about medications and help with basic self-care.
• Make beds, respond to call lights and document care provided.
