Job summary

Paylocity is hiring a Resident Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to residents. You will assist with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and other plan-of-care tasks, and ensure call lights are answered promptly.

You will work with residents in memory care and assisted living; wages start at $16/hour with a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift, plus potential $0.75 extra per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.

Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and providing assistance with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed.

Essential Functions Include:

• Assist with resident ADLs including mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and other needs
• Assures proper documentation and timely charting for resident care
• Assist in answering call lights and ADL support of the residents
• Working with residents in both memory care and assisted living

Wage: starting at $16 for the base and $1.50 shift differential for any shifts on 2nd or 3rd *Experience considered

Are you CNA or PCT certified? We can add $0.75 per hour to your pay. Certification is not a requirement but we recognize the skill set that can bring to the team.
