Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents at the Cincinnati facility.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, housekeeping, responding to calls, planning activities, and reporting incidents to the nursing team. Must complete PCA program and hold CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Reports incidents to appropriate personnel (HCD, RN/LPN, ED).
• Provides ADL assistance and daily living support to residents.
• Performs housekeeping in resident rooms and common areas.
• Responds to resident calls and emergencies promptly.
• Plans and conducts activity programs for residents.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information.
