Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate care team in Marlborough, MA. Positions are available part-time and full-time with flexible shifts and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• CPR certification required.
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in Massachusetts.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Meet nursing and rehabilitation needs of residents.
• Maintain resident care plans and document nursing notes.
• Follow physicians' orders and administer medications as prescribed.
• Visit residents daily to assess needs and report findings.
