Job summary

Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a clinically competent registered nurse to deliver care through the nursing process. You will interact with patients, families and the health care team while maintaining professional standards and CPR certification.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, administering medications, and ensuring safe, high-quality discharge planning in alignment with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN standard).
• RN current licensure in the state of Washington (RCW 18.88) or licensure through Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Must possess basic computer skills related to Windows navigation, mouse usage, keyboarding, email communication and password management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Coordinate and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver safe, effective care.
• Deliver medications and nursing procedures in accordance with standards and policies.
• Maintain active CPR certification and adhere to the Washington Nurse Practice Act and unit standards.
