Job summary

Confluence Health seeks a clinically competent registered nurse to deliver patient care across the nursing process. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring safety and quality.

WA licensure, ACLS and CPR are required, and ongoing professional development is expected. Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and family members.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Washington state (RCW 18.88) is required.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Windows navigation, email and standard computer tasks.
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures and treatments.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients and families to ensure effective care.
• Maintain current knowledge of workflows and evidence-based practices.
