Job summary

Confluence Health in Washington State is seeking a clinically competent, registered nurse to deliver compassionate patient care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the health team to meet care goals and ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires WA licensure, current CPR, and certifications in PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NRP within specified timeframes, plus solid computer skills for clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of Washington or MOS/compact license.
• Maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
• PALS certification within 6 months for ED, PEDS, ICU tiers.
• ACLS certification within 6 months for ICU, ED, PCU tiers.
• TNCC certification within 6 months for ED and ICU tiers.
• NRP certification within 6 months for MBU and PEDS tiers.
• Basic computer skills for Windows navigation, email, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate and deliver high quality care with physicians, patients, and families.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures.
• Create individualized care plans and monitor progress.
• Document care and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and unit standards.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Handle emergencies promptly and professionally.
