Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and as directed by the Director of Nursing
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to the care team
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction
