Qualifications

• Missouri RN license active and in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team.
• Monitor patient progress and address changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records per regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients, families, and other care team members.
