Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated nursing team. This full-time position supports residents with direct care, medication administration, assessments, and coordination with RNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Missouri.
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• New graduate LPNs may be considered based on community needs.
• Strong observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to resident needs and care plans.
• Monitor residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial status.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and procedures.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to coordinate care.
