Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license required (NE preferred).
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 5 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across multiple factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care, educate patients and families, and plan discharge.
• Accurately document all phases of the nursing process in the patient record.
