Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, eligible in Nebraska at hire.
• Current Nebraska RN license upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification upon hire.
• ACLS within 5 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Demonstrates systematic data collection across psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors.
• Plan measurable goals with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
• Implement and modify the care plan with clinical reasoning and education.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient����s record.
