• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate. The nursing process is ongoing and can end at any stage.
• Documents all phases of the nursing process in the patient’s record.
• Provide individualized, comprehensive care and collaborate within the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver care in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient outcomes.
