Job summary

CHI Health St. Elizabeth in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care and support patient recovery.

You will follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, document all phases, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective outcomes. Eligible new hires may receive a sign-on bonus and education assistance per eligibility; required RN program graduate and NE license upon hire, CPR; ACLS within 5

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 5 months

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Assess data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors.
• Plan goals with the patient and multidisciplinary team; implement and adjust the plan as needed.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient’s record.
