Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's CHI Health St. Elizabeth in Lincoln, Nebraska, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

You will perform skilled procedures, document care, and educate patients and families. A sign-on bonus and education assistance are available to new hires who meet eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse in Nebraska, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) required at hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 5 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive RN care.
• Perform skilled procedures and document nursing actions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits.
• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
